History in the making
History of Mother Lee's Zucchini Bread
In the early 90's, I was around a woman in her 80's and she always made and offered me her Zucchini Bread. I loved it so and I looked up some Zucchini bread recipes. I found some that contained pineapple whereas she did not have any in hers. I modified the recipe and found the pineapple made a difference in the taste!

I began baking the bread and carrying it to work for many of my co-workers. I received rave reviews about the bread and as time went on I realized there were too many co-workers asking for it. Because of the demand I had to begin selling my bread. I've always wanted to sell this bread and God placed in my spirit to call it, 'The Bread of Life'.
With prayer, patience, favor and faith, I believe this Zucchini Bread will be a success!
